We have built a relationship with our spice manufacturers to help ensure the highest of standards in quality and freshness of product. On each resealable bag you will find a use by date to maximize freshness.

DIRECTIONS:

For two 7 lb. Pork Butts, combine 3/4 cup of Pork Injection with two (2) cups of water and mix well. Inject small amounts throughout the whole butt by using a grid pattern and trying to get the injection into the center of the meat. After mixing, refrigerate until used.

Other options are to split 1/2 the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth.
