Excalibur Seasoning
An easy way to make Meatloaf just like mom and grandma used to make, but with an Italian kick!
Features:
- 2.0 lb package
- Seasons 25 lb of meat
Directions
- -Use 2.25 lbs. of seasoning to 25 lbs. of meat
- -Stir 2.25 lbs. of seasoning into 5 lb. of cold water. Let stand 20 minutes
- -Grind 20 lbs. of beef and 3 lbs. of pork through a fine plate
- -Mix reconstituted meat loaf seasoning with meat. Do Not Regrind
