- Use 2 oz. (0.125 lbs.) of cure excellerator per 100 lbs of product or 2 oz. (0.125 lbs.) of cure excellerator to each gallon of water at a 10% pump.
What Is Cure Excellerator?
Cure Excellerator is Excalibur's proprietary blended cure accelerator. It works by speeding up the conversion of Nitrite to Nitric Oxide. This blend works faster than pure sodium erythorbate or other cure accelerators.
