This is a versatile seasoning with hints of garlic that works great with Chicken, Pork, or Beef. This seasoning is formulated specifically for injecting, meaning that it has a smaller particle size to allow for an easier injection while also ensuring a more even distribution of seasoning and flavor in the meat.
Use: Use 2.4375 lb of seasoning to 1 gallon of water. Inject meat until 10% of the original meat's weight has been added.
