The 7.5 HP motor along with an all stainless steel construction, 110 lb hopper, and washdown cleaning make it the ideal mixer grinder for supermarkets, medium sized processing plants, and butcher shops. The grinder has electromagnetic safety sensors in the lid and is mounted on 4 wheels, 2 with breaks to keep you and your employees safe. The majority of maintenance and cleaning can be accomplished without tools making for a quicker cleaning time.
