Prime Brisket Injection has combined all the things loved from our Beef Injection, using it's award winning flavor enhancer and it’s ability for keeping your brisket juicy. We combined it with what has become the competition standard in beef flavor.

Mixing Directions: For two 12 lb. briskets, combine 3/4 cup of the Prime Brisket Injection with 2 cups of water and mix well. With a small injector, inject the mix throughout the whole brisket by using a grid pattern. Try to get the injection into the center of the meat. For best results, inject and let set for 4 hours before cooking. After mixing, refrigerate until used.
