General guidelines for polyester elastic meat netting sizes are suggested (not guaranteed) as follows:

Size #16: Small Pork Butts, Small Boneless Turkey Roll, etc

Size #20: Boneless Rump Roast, Boneless Turkey Breast, Large Pork Butts, Boneless Boston, Boneless Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip, Small Brisket

Size #24: Large Brisket, etc

Size #28: Large Diameter Roasts, Oven Ready Hams, Shoulders
