Fibrous Casings
Fibrous casings are a paper-like product that are often used for Summer Sausage and other larger diameter sausages. These casings must be soaked in hot water for up to an hour to make them pliable, allowing them to form to you sausage.
These casings are available in Mahogany, Camo, and Clear and range in diameter from 1.5" to 2.9" and length from 12" to 24" so no matter what size you are looking for, we have it! These casings are pre-clipped with a hanging string on one end.
