10in Granton Edge Butcher Knife

Victorinox makes some of the best knives in the business. This 10" butcher knife has a granton edge to keep food from "sticking" to the knife and has a heavier blade for splitting and cutting larger pieces. They are made from high carbon no stain steel and have 56-28 rockwell degrees so they are very hard and will keep an edge longer than other knives. The poly handle is dishwasher safe and slip resistant.
