SURE GEL MEAT BINDER
Our best and #1 selling binder. A milk based blend with phosphates included for extra moisture retention, producing a greater yield in your final product. Great for all cured sausages, hams, and more.

Use: Use 6 oz. (0.375 lb.) of sure gel per 25 lbs. of meat.
Use: Use 1.5 lbs. of sure gel per 100 lbs. of meat.

Ingredients: Hydrolyzed protein from milk and geletin (for flavoring), sodium phosphate 33.33%. *This product contains the allergen milk*

Used it to make some pork roll. Made great sandwich meat. Moist, solid and delicious.
